Our officers are selectively hired, developed through a proprietary training curriculum, and deployed in teams matched to the client's brand and image. We are also selective about the engagements we take, which allows us to maintain the standard our clients hire us for.
We provide residential security, commercial security, nightlife and liquor serving establishment security, concert and large event security, executive protection, camera footage support and incident documentation, and consulting and risk assessments. All services are delivered under the same operating standard and leadership team.
The Starr Night Watch is a dedicated overnight leadership operation that places our most senior field operators on active duty Thursday through Sunday. Our Night Watch team is active across our coverage zone, visiting venues, supporting management, and responding directly when a situation calls for leadership on scene. When a client calls Starr after hours, they reach the people who run our operation, not a dispatcher and not a voicemail.
We do not recruit at volume. Each officer is selected for profile, judgment, and presentation, then developed through our proprietary training curriculum and assigned across a diverse portfolio of venues to build real field experience. Classroom training alone does not produce a well-rounded officer. Field experience does.
Every potential engagement begins with a full operational and compliance assessment. We only move forward when the operation, the compliance posture, and the partnership are aligned. When they are not, we decline directly and respectfully. This is how we protect the standard our existing clients hire us for.
