The STARR Night Watch is a dedicated overnight leadership operation led by our most senior field operators. Thursday through Sunday, our Night Watch team is active across our coverage zone, visiting venues, supporting management, and responding directly when a situation calls for leadership on scene. When a client calls Starr after hours, they reach the people who run our operation, not a dispatcher and not a voicemail.
